  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, which will be communicated on the Website from time to time.

1.3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:
    • Metropolitan cities: 3-5 business days
    • Other cities and towns: 5-7 business days
    • Remote areas: 7-10 business days
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as delays with courier services, public holidays, or force majeure events.

1.4. Order Tracking

1.5. Ownership and Risk of Loss

  • Ownership of the products and the risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. Jewella is not responsible for any loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our return and exchange policy offers you flexibility.

2.1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
    • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
    • All tags, certificates, and any accompanying materials are intact.
    • The product is not customized, personalized, or a made-to-order item (as these are non-returnable).
  • Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, resized, or damaged will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2.2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please email our customer support at support@jewella.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will assist you with the return procedure.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Jewella, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

2.3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund process may take an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to reflect the amount in your account.

2.4. Exchange Policy

  • You may request an exchange for a different product or size within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability.
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the new item has a higher price than the original, you will be required to pay the difference. If the new item is of lower value, a refund of the difference will be processed as per the refund policy.
